When you arrive, please feel free to park in the parking lot located on Boush Street. In case you can't find a spot there, You can always drive around the building and look for other available spots. There are spaces all around the building.
Even if a spot says Tenant Parking you can park there.
The entrance door is located on the corner of Boush street and Va Beach Blvd across from the 7-11. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and we are located in Suite 204.
An escape room is an immersive game experience in which you and your team select a themed room to solve puzzles and riddles and accomplish an overall task within a set time limit.
Room Time Limits:
The Magical Miscalculation- 60min.
Rock N Roll Hall of Fame- 60 min.
The Chosen- 90min.
The length of your experience depends on how quickly your team is able to solve find clues and solve puzzles. Average team time is usually 50-55 minutes.
The minimum age requirement varies from room to room.
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
"The Magical Miscalculation" and "Rock N Roll Hall of Fame" are for all ages.
Due to suggestive materials, "The Chosen" is recommended for ages 13 and up, with parental discretion for younger players.
The maximum number of players varies from room to room. We want to make sure that all players are comfortable and have an equal chance at solving puzzles.

We can accommodate more players than what is listed above, but understand at times everyone may not be able to participate due to not enough physical space around a specific puzzle or room.
Your Brain and Comfortable clothes and shoes. Phones are only to be used for emergency purposes. To prevent spills and distractions no food or drink is allowed. Water is available upon request.
No, It is strictly prohibited to take photos or video during your gameplay. At the conclusion of your game our game master will suggest a team photo in the room. You may request to use your own phone to use as you would like. We hold the rights to use team photos taken in our rooms for marketing and social media.
Yes, there are cameras in the escape rooms for the safety of our guests and to monitor your progress.
Even if you don't solve all the puzzles, you will still be able to escape the room. Our game masters will provide you with clues and hints if you need them. All puzzles cannot be designed to be perfectly clear for every player, if you feel like you are stuck, take the hint and keep the fun going.
Yes, our escape rooms are very safe. We have strict safety protocols in place to ensure the safety of our guests. No matter the plot of the room nothing will purposefully hurt you during your experience. Our staff is monitoring your experience incase an emergency occurs.
Look for hidden details and clues. Don't be afraid to experiment with different objects and combinations. Think creatively and work together as a team. Communicate effectively and share ideas.
Yes, we happily allow costumes in any of our rooms. Please make sure the costume does not impede your ability to move freely or interact with our gameplay elements. Our Game masters will advise you on what is acceptable before entering the room.
We understand accidents happen and we have replacements for many of the handheld props and items in our rooms. If something is willfully damaged, our game masters will immediately stop the game and investigate if the game can continue. Customer replacement of an item may be necessary if the room is deemed unsolvable for the next team.
Unfortunatly some of the roads around us flood very easily. Please use the following instructions to assist arrival in heavy rain.
W Olney Rd does not flood when heavy rain occurs. More information will be provided at a later time.
